Scanning the New York Times this morning I came across
this article about the home-cooked and grown food revolution currently going on in Home-Sweet-Oakland! Oakland is currently
the place to be for thoughtful, delicious and local food. It's had a ton of press for the
Forage Oakland Project (I love that idea) and other local culinary events.
